I can say food is good but not that crazy as a an iNdian I am saying as we need always something with tasteful and have varity. I feel everything has same taste. But the one thing I must say try their spicy chilies wonton. Disappointed with their lychee boba tea , I feel something bad smell and taste is there I left full glass as it is after 2 sip.

The food was mediocre and somewhat disappointing considering their prices. I can tell they cater more to American tastes. The hot and sour soup doesn’t even taste like soup because it was so thickened with cornstarch. The soupy dumplings looked appealing but lacked flavor and texture. If you're after authentic Shanghainese cuisine, skip this place and find somewhere more local and affordable.

Our server Carina C needs a raise. We always have a great experience here and she just made it so much more amazing. Thank you for your outstanding services and everyone needs to experience the Ugly just once. The food is amazing.

Heartfelt & Warm This place was absolutely amazing! My daughter chose this restaurant to celebrate her birthday, so we made the drive all the way from Pennsylvania—and I can honestly say it was worth every mile! The entire place was beautifully clean, and the bathroom was immaculate. You can truly tell that a lot of thought, creativity, and vision went into designing this beautiful space. The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. But what really made our experience unforgettable was our wonderful waitress, FLORA. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and special. Flora truly deserves a raise for the amazing service she provided! We are so grateful for the wonderful experience and can’t wait to come back. This is definitely a place you need to visit! 😉

Great time and food at uglydumpling today! We tried the soup dumplings, cucumber salad, string beans, spicy noodles, stir-fried noodles, and Mongolian beef. Everything was absolutely delicious! The flavors were fresh, well-balanced, and full of taste. We couldn’t leave without trying some of the desserts available we tried the chocolate chip lava cookie à la mode as well as the NY cheesecake with fortune cookie topping both were amazing. The prices were very affordable, especially considering the quality and portion sizes. The service was great, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I would definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic and flavorful food.
